Livadhja – Cultural Center Equipment, Del 3.3.4 “RyTHM” – Project FosteringCreativity and Connecting Cultural Assets through Monuments

The Municipality of FINIQ, intends to award a supply contract for Livadhja – Cultural Center Equipment, Del 3.3.4 “RyTHM” – Project, Fostering Creativity and Connecting Cultural Assets through Monuments in LIVADHJA with financial assistance from the INTERREG IPA CBC Greece – Albania 2014 -2020.

The tender dossier is available from Municipality of Finiq in CD Rom to all the companies or consortiums of companies that are interested to participate for this tender. The terms of references and instruction for tenderers will be published in Official web page of Finiq Municipality, Official webpage of our external expert AULEDA – Local Economic Development Agency as well as in the Local TV.

Also, the tender announcement will also be published on the website of DG International Cooperation and Development:

The deadline for submission of tenders is 20 May 2020

ΣΤΗΝ ΠΡΩΤΟΧΡΟΝΙΑΤΙΚΗ ΔΕΞΙΩΣΗ ΤΟΥ ΠΕΡΙΦΕΡΕΙΑΡΧΗ ΗΠΕΙΡΟΥ Ο ΔΗΜΑΡΧΟΣ ΦΟΙΝΙΚΑΙΩΝ

Χθες, την πρώτη μέρα του Γεναρη 2020 ο Δήμαρχος Φοινικαίων κυριος Χρηστος Κιτσος παρέστη στην παραδοσιακή δεξίωση που οργανώνει κάθε χρόνο ο Περιφερειαρχης της Ηπείρου κυριος Αλέξανδρος Καχριμανης.Η τελετή αυτή έλαβε χώρα στο Διοικητηριο της Περιφέρειας της Ηπείρου στα Ιωάννινα και παρευρέθηκαν αρκετά επίσημα πρόσωπα από τα δημαρχεια, τις αντιπεριφερειες, το στρατό, την αστυνομία κ. α.
Ο Δήμαρχος Φοινικαίων αντάλλαξε ευχές με τον Περιφερειαρχη και συνομίλησε με αρκετούς προσκεκλημενους για καλύτερη διασυνοριακή συνεργασία μεταξύ των γειτονικών τοπικών μονάδων.
Εντωμεταξύ συναντήθηκε και ευλογηθηκε από τον Μητροπολίτη Ιωαννίνων κ. κ. Μαξιμο.

THE WINTER IS APPROACHING – WORKS FOR PREVENTION OF DISASTERS

Never before and no other former municipal authority before engaged himself in giving an end to the daily nightmare experienced by the inhabitants of Karroq when they crossed the bridge leading to their homes. In the winter, at the time of heavy rainfalls, when the fury of the waters was ruthless, anything could happen to the bridge and the people crossing it. One of its legs was literally in the air and the bridge could collapse from one moment to the other.
The Mayor Leonidha Hristo and his staff at the Municipality of Phoenice had assessed the gravity of the situation and had set it as a priority for intervention before the start of bad winter weather. For this reason, a couple of days ago a group of municipal maintenance workers intervened and reinforced the bridge by making it safe to cross under any kind of weather conditions. Apart from the reinforcement of the bridge leg, the municipal workers opened the riverbed to let the river follow its normal flow and avoid any potential damage that might be caused by the bad winter weather.
The maintenance works of the municipal workers to improve the living conditions of its inhabitants do not end there. Construction and maintenance workers are every day on the ground improving those infrastructure facilities that are vital to the community.
